Place the artwork into the original packaging exactly as it arrived, and speak with your concierge for assistance with this.
Once packaged, confirm that your order is ready to pick up and we will book the courier on the date and from the address of your choice - e.g. your work address if this is more convenient.
Once the artist has confirmed safe delivery, we will refund the cost of the artwork.
