Artfuly offers a 7-day returns guarantee and we're always listening.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND WE WILL ALWAYS TAKE IT BACK!: Just email us to request a return within the 7-day period. Please note that you will need to pay the return shipment cost unless we did something wrong*! Once the artist has confirmed safe delivery, we will refund the cost of the artwork minus 2-way shipment costs *If we made a mistake, we will always refund you totally.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: 

If your artwork has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  Our courier company has full damage insurance (See your delivery note for details). We will make sure everything is completely sorted out! 


*Reasons for full refund of artwork AND 2-way shipment costs:

1. The artwork received was not the artwork ordered (That has never happened yet because we personally look after every delivery)

2. The artwork dimensions or description were not accurate (Sometimes artists can be a little vague, it's part of being an artist!)

3. We are willing to accept any other fair reason. We always want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and work tirelessly with our artists to deliver amazing artwork for your enjoyment
