What is Artfuly?

Artfuly is a global art marketplace that sells only original art, for example we don’t sell prints of photos of paintings like many other art sites do. Any art style which involves printing as part of the process is only a tiny part of the art creation, for example a digital artist who spends hours or days creating hand-creating an artwork in Photoshop, and then professionally prints the piece for you.  Most of our artworks are hand-painted, a few are limited edition prints such as those by digital artists.

Why should I buy from Artfuly?

We hand vet our artists, check ID’s check the quality of artworks and moderate every single artwork after upload to make sure art which goes live on our site for sale is of the expected high quality. We have a secure cart and we hold your funds until you have received the artwork and have confirmed safe delivery. Only then do we release the funds to the artist, when we’re sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. We have a 7-day change of mind guarantee and all artworks arrive with a signed certificate of authenticity which you should hold if at any time you want to re-sell.

How does Artfuly vet artists?

We accept a government issued identification document with a photo such as a passport, and we research their artistic background via various methods.

Be aware that there are plenty of unscrupulous people on the internet, and we remove all that risk for you.

Can I pay for artwork in instalments?

What happens when I purchase an artwork?

After entering your credit card details in the cart, the site will send you an immediate confirmation and receipt of your purchase.  Within 2 business hours CET, your personal concierge will be in touch to introduce themselves and you’ll deal with the same person throughout. We advise you when the artwork will be packaged and ready to ship, and approximately how long it will take being couriered. We email you a tracking link and follow up after delivery to make sure all is fine.

Do artworks arrive ‘Ready to hang’?

Small artworks and domestic deliveries are usually delivered ready to hang.  If the artwork is large and/or is going internationally, to avoid huge insurance costs, often it’s more cost effective to deliver in a rolled tube, and to arrange stretcher framing and/or framing at the receivers location. Delivery cost is included in all the artwork prices on the site, and if you are buying a large artwork internationally, we offer additional ‘Ready to hang’ services where available in your location. Just click ‘Enquire’ on any artwork to request a quote.

Can I return an artwork?

Yes of course. … Please make your return request by emailing info@artfuly.com within 7 days of the delivery to request and we’ll take it from there!
